Digital Operations Executive (Marketing)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our regional product management team and support our digital operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with event teams, external contractors, and service providers to support the setup and seamless functioning of our digital products, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the setup and configuration of digital applications.
  2. Collaborate with events teams to gather user requirements on digital systems.
  3. Perform system testing and providing feedback.
  4. Support project management and track project tasks.
  5. Event onsite preparation and support.
  6. Handle professional email correspondence, including sending and responding to messages.
  7. Maintain and manage data using MS Excel and MS Word.
  8. Assist in any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant digital system usage experience.
  2. Strong organizational and task-oriented skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate user requirements into documentation.
  4. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  5. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
  6. Goal-oriented, with a mindset of solving problems and achieving benchmarks.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  8. Fluency in English required.
