Job Description
Informa Connect is seeking a Senior Delivery Coordinator to support the event production team, which produces multiple large-scale B2B conferences. You will report to, and work closely with, the head of delivery – event production and event content leads on the general sessions for each program, will collaborate with other departments and outside vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, managing, and delivering events from conception to onsite delivery
- Managing delivery that is accurate, on time, and within budget
- Delivering exceptional customer service
Success will be aligned to the delivery of high quality, cost-effective and sustainable event experiences to agreed KPI’s and achieving ongoing product improvement reflected in customer satisfaction and NPS scores.
The ideal candidate for the event production role will be organized, well spoken, tech savvy and perform under high-pressure, fast-paced environments and have a working knowledge of graphic design.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Head of Delivery (event producer) with preparing visual content for live shows including, but not limited to, scripts, master show presentations, video media, voice overs, videos and more.
- Produce some event general sessions independently
- Provide production support on video production projects
- Create audio visual RFP’s and work with AV vendors to source AV needs
- Work with other vendors including freelance videographers, voice over talent and more on event needs
- Have a solid understanding of event budgets
- Assembly of master show decks
- Collection and organization of media from presenters
- Preparation of pre-event documents & printing
- Onsite setup and breakdown of backstage
- We are a hardworking, collaborative and hands on events team – as such, this position may support various event production-related roles on site, which may include backstage management, speaker notes operator, stage manager duties, front of house management and more.
- Inventory management & archival responsibilities
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ operational experience in the B2B and / or B2C events industry and an established track record of successfully delivering world class live events and experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and collaboration, problem solving, time and project management
- Killer attention to detail & organization skills
- Positive can-do attitude. You relish a challenge and are confident finding solutions to problems
- Negotiation and management of supplier contracts and relationships
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and drive projects forward while working with multiple departments and stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
- Mac & PC Proficient
- Microsoft Office 365 fluent with working knowledge of PowerPoint. Apple Keynote experience a bonus.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience– primarily Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Video editing experience a bonus in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro X
- The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

This position involves travel to 6-8 events annually, site visits and video production projects. Most travel is within the US, with the possibility of some international travel.
