Job Description

The Strategic Pricing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the pricing and packaging strategies for our suite of products and solutions at Curinos. This is a high-impact, highly visible position where you’ll have the opportunity to drive revenue growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring innovative pricing models to life. If you thrive in a hands-on, autonomous environment and are passionate about leveraging market insights to craft competitive pricing strategies, this role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking and execution.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Product & Packaging Development: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Business teams to refine and develop product packages and pricing strategies for existing solutions and establish optimal pricing for new offerings. 

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough competitor analysis in similar and adjacent markets to inform pricing strategies, managing external partnerships and vendor relationships to maximize insights and outcomes.  

  • Pricing Design & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of initiatives to re-price (i.e., reset pricing levels) various products to better align pricing to value. 

  • Field Enablement: Act as the subject-matter expert for product packaging and pricing, delivering training, materials, and support at events such as sales kickoff meetings. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure field teams are equipped to succeed. 

  • Pricing Analytics & Reporting: Improve and manage reporting on pricing performance and price realization, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure actionable insights and accurate reporting. 

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS pricing role (experience at a specialized consulting firm and/or within the financial services industry is preferred). 

  • Proven expertise in product and packaging development, including designing pricing models and strategies for existing and new products. 

  • Strong ability to work autonomously, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution. 

  • Experience conducting market research, including competitor analysis, and leveraging external partnerships for strategic insights. 

  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Business, and Analytics teams. 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable pricing strategies and reports. 

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. 

Compensation: This position offers a base salary of $130,000-$150,000 (bonus eligible)
