Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to collaborate with the business-sales lead, ensuring we surpass our annual sales goals for the Inside Self-Storage brand family (e.g., Inside Self-Storage (ISS) World Expo). As a vital team member, you'll provide self-storage suppliers with promotional avenues through print, digital media, and events. Your ambition to excel in customer experience, market expertise, and client relationship management will be instrumental to your achievements.
Strategic Planning & Research:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to devise strategic plans, aiming to meet revenue goals through innovative sales ideas.
- Continuously research new markets, trends, and sales prospects.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Proactively source new leads using various resources, including the existing database, industry publications, phone outreach, internet, and insights from competitive industry events.
Client Relations:
- Forge and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring they receive value for their investments.
- Tailor booth space and sponsorship packages according to client needs.
- Design print and digital advertising solutions in tandem with the Business Development Manager to address client requirements.
Administrative & CRM Maintenance:
- Regularly update CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Map Your Show.
Collaboration & Promotion:
- Join forces with show management to devise impactful sales pitches and promotional strategies.
- Act as a collaborative member of the show management team, taking on extra tasks as necessary.
Travel:
- Undertake travel to tradeshows or client meetings as required 2-3 times a year, domestically.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of B2B sales tactics and desire to grow in sales experience
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Office, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Must be team-focused with a collaborative mindset and able to work seamlessly with customers and internal teams
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, fast learner
- Excellent customer service skills
Nice to Haves:
- Infrastructure and Construction Industry knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of sales CRM preferred
Additional Information
The pay range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 base salary plus commissions
