Job Description
Maximal customer focus and technical support.
- Solving incidents and service requests according to the SLA.
- Root cause investigation of incidents, plan improvements and implement the improvements.
- Advice customers regarding the use of Angles4SAP in combination with their SAP-based business processes
- Actively involved in reducing incidents.
- Administrate and prepare Angles software problems for the development team
Performance objectives:
- Customer satisfaction.
- Subsequent and initial response time
- Case quality
- Solve incidents and service requests according to the SLA.
- Work with the customer to understand their business cases and advice about which reporting can be used to support these processes
- Collect the business processes used by our customers and give feedback to the engineering team to improve the application to support these processes
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
Level of Education: Education in IT on a high level
Years of experience: 3 years or more
- Bachelor/Scientific education level
- Knowledge about SAP ECC in logistic modules
- Reporting experience (e.g. SQL or BI/BW)
- Good analytical skills for a proper helicopter view to be able to analyze customer specific business processes
- Communication and motivation
- Commercial awareness
- Tech savy
- Flexible and pro-active
Language skills (English)
