Job Description

IntegriChain is seeking a compliance minded, detail-oriented Analyst to provide ongoing support to customers in the area of State Price Transparency Reporting (“SPTR”).  This role is part of a team who leverage their Life Sciences domain expertise to analyze, model, and synthesize secondary information to provide insights to our customers within the SPTR domain area.

The position requires the Analyst to support SPTR customer accounts and IntegriChain. This individual will be responsible for STPR business analysis and will support multiple customers and projects simultaneously. The position requires crisp consulting skills: seeking information and answers, managing expectations while meeting commitments, always delivering work of utmost quality, on time, and communicating effectively throughout. The ideal candidate is able to keep up with rapid changes from states and is able to communicate those changes effectively internally and externally. 

This team works with many manufacturers bringing their first product to market, which presents individuals with opportunities to accelerate their understanding of the complex pharmaceutical supply chain and how interconnected pricing, contracting, market access and patient programs impact a patient’s ability to access the therapy and a manufacturer’s bottom line.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support projects and customer engagements with SPTR needs
  • Support pre-commercial customer engagements and ensure the successful and timely completion of all SPTR related pre-launch activities. These include working through strategic pricing issues, establishing appropriate compliance frameworks, and ensuring manufacturers are established with the applicable states to maintain compliance. 
  • Provide operational support related to State Price Transparency reporting obligations, including the preparation of pricing transparency reports
  • Update and/or develop policies and procedure documentation for customers to ensure compliance with government regulations and effective corporate governance
  • Create deliverables of utmost quality for customers, manage expectations internally and externally, and provide on or ahead of time delivery to ensure customer account satisfaction in order to encourage referrals, drive incremental revenue opportunities, and ensure renewal business on existing accounts

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Minimum B.A. / B.S.
  • Life Sciences industry experience suggested
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of cross-functional team work
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent business analytical skills, a high accuracy rate, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to “think on their feet” and suggest alternatives and solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Proficient in Google Suite - Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides
