Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic Mexico team. Reporting to Mexico's Managing Director, you will play an important part in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base by applying your expertise in outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales management.

  • Ensure sales targets are met on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Build and manage a substantial pipeline from outbound efforts.
  • Use outbound tools for initial prospecting management, followed by personalized relationship-building.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to prospecting, arranging meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing and handing over to the operations team. And maintaining an accurate reflection of your pipeline and activity in the system.
  • Present training to potential clients through telephone calls, emails, social and (virtual or f2f) meetings.
  • Work within the sales team to identify and develop a prospecting plan for new markets

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a sales/business development role with success in prospecting and creating your own pipeline.
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience with all things digital (Broad Digital or Marketing industry experience is necessary )
  • Self-motivated and organized to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Negotiator, and commercially astute.
  • Experience selling, or an understanding, of the Media and Martech stack.
  • Business English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
