The Finance Manager will be fully responsible for managing specified aspects of the finance function in the US. This role reports to the Finance Controller in Jinko’s Shanghai Headquarters, and will have a team with at least one direct report in the US. Duties include planning and overseeing the US Finance function, coordinating with internal department teams and customers to ensure efficient, effective and compliant finance operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct US Finance function, supervise the US finance team;
• Manage reimbursement review, local financial reporting, and internal control on financial reporting;
• Liaise with Global Finance team in Shanghai
• Oversee local tax declaration and the external auditing, ensuring compliance
• Manage all aspects of communicatoins with local financial partners (US banks)
• Collaborate with Global Finance team in HQ to evaluate and manage US customers’ credit;
• Manage all other US finance responsibilities as required 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required, Master’s Degree a plus
• 6+ years of professional work experience in Finance-related position, at least 3 years experience in  finance management
• Solar industry experience will be a plus
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Strong knowledge of local finance, tax, and related business issues;
• Exposure to and experience with local US banks
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in both English and Mandarin
• Strong, demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, problem-soliving and decision-making skills
• Paramount degree of integrity with unquestionable ethics;
• Must demonstrate patientience, meticulousness, and sound logical and judgment
• Must be able to travel to domestic and international business locations as required
