Job Description

The Director, Sales Operations will be a key leader for the Kaseya sales and customer success team. This is a fast-paced, start-up type team driving the continued growth of new business and renewals. This position is a critical role for Kaseya and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This Director will act as the “owner” of implementing and managing all key processes, systems and operations-related activities for the sales and customer success team, as well as acting as a key advisor to the Kaseya leadership team, and will define and manage key business metrics. 

The role will be located at Kaseya’s office in New York City, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive updated implementation, adoption of CRM and other tools within the sales team
  • Drive standards of performance, specific actions & consistency
  • Generate weekly forecast and metric reports & provide analysis for Sales & Customer Success Leadership
  • Proactively diagnose analytics requirements; design and deliver reporting to meet them
  • Partner with Leaders on business planning and strategy for their respective regions
  • Strategize, develop and follow through on sales and customer success process, training and on-boarding activities to develop core competency at all levels within sales
  • Be a point person for cross-functional communication and collaborate with peers to support the needs of the sales organization
  • Administer, manage, and report on bookings forecasts and actual results
  • Mentor additional Sales/Customer Success Operations anlayst

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations with a software company, experience with a cloud based company is a plus 
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience using CRM applications, with specific knowledge of Salesforce/Netsuite 
  • Mid-Market/Enterprise software sales experience a plus
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred
  • Strategic Advisor with broad sales model experience
  • Critical thinker and analytical skills 
  • High energy and comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up type environment
  • Collaborative and direct communicator
