• Minimum of 10 years estimating self-performed multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California
• Must have excellent understanding of man hour production rates for various farmwork systems and types
• Placing and finishing task based on historical data
• Strong knowledge of excel and timberline precision estimating
• Planswift on screen take off a plus
• Experience with model based estimating a plus
