Job Description

Manages Customer Service Department,  typical work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation: Based upon experience

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a staff      of Technical Customer Service Representatives
  • Ensures      that customers are retained, satisfied and that their needs are fulfilled
  • Responsible      for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies
  • Provide      technical assistance and trouble shooting
  • Perform      all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum      of 7 years customer service required
  • Technical      expertise a must
  • Effective      communication and computer skills required
  • Excellent      work ethic and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer and team-oriented personality and enthusiasm
  • Ability      to understand mechanical and technical concepts
  • Bachelor’s      Degree or comensurate experience

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Physical demands: While      performing duties of job, incumbent is occasionally required to stand for      full shift; walk; sit; Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to      25 pounds.
  • Work environment: A/C work area,      the noise level is usually moderate
