Job Summary

This position is primarily responsible for financial support at our Long Grove, IL office. Key responsibilities include tax return preparation for our LLC companies and assisting with various tax essential functions and projects.

 

Qualifications

Principle Responsibilities

  •  Prepares Federal, State and Local Income Tax Returns
  •  Conducts basic tax research and analysis
  •  Actively participates on special projects including state nexus analysis and basis tracking for investments research
  •  Assists with tax audit information requests
  •   Review intercompany transactions regarding withholding requirements and payments
  •  Supports by analyzing and responding to queries from various tax authorities
  •  Work closely with other members of the Finance department
  •  Provide support through ad hoc analyses and reports as required

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Account or Finance
  • Proficient using MS Office suite, including Excel, Power Point and Access
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Privately Held Corporation Taxes
  • GO System experience a plus
