Job Description
- Management of a team of 5 to 10 people that will operate & oversee reconciliation technology to deliver a full reconciled gross NAV.
- Recruitment & ongoing management of staff.
- Play a lead role in onboarding new business into the team.
- Delivery periodic KPI reporting.
- Ensure client SLA’s are strictly adhered to.
- Develop and maintain relationships with client service teams & hedge fund clients.
- Ownership, management and resolution of all client & internal client queries.
- Initiate frequent, proactive communication with internal clients to verify levels of satisfaction and demonstrate proactive service.
- Ensure all professional relationships internal and external are maintained at the highest level.
- Awareness of the needs of clients and an ability to deliver an excellent client service.
- An analytical mind and a willingness to embrace new technologies to identify new solutions & inefficient processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial products such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options and OTC products essential.
- Proven investigative, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Well organized with strong time management skills.
- Working hours for this role will be from 2pm to 11pm.
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or other quantitative field is a minimum.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services industry and minimum 3 years supervising staff.
