We have been retained by one of our best clients to help locate an exceptional Nurse Practitioner in the Seattle area.  Our client is a venture capital backed Health Plan with a nearly 10 year track record of success in providing ongoing care to its elderly members.  Our client is a Medicare Advantage Health Plan that serves primarily dual eligible geriatric patients.  After nearly 10 years of success, they need help implementing a new growth initiative into new markets, including Seattle.  The client anticipates rapid growth in the area.  This is an exceptional opportunity to be an instrumental part of a new initiative with a plan that has a track record of success.

Job Description

The position itself involves primary care for home bound geriatric patients.  The individual they hire will be responsible for traveling within a 15 mile radius and seeing patients in their homes, providing in home assessments, developing care plans, and helping frail elderly patients.  This is an exceptional opportunity because  the position offers:

Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Licensed in the State of Washington.
  • This role requires a dynamic, energetic nurse who is excellent at coordinating care with physicians and other Nurse Practitioners. 
  • Candidates must have broad clinical experience and knowledge.
  • Must have some experience dealing with conditions and issues related to aging and frail geriatric patients.
