Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Bangkok and surrounding areas.
  • Strategically plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with min 2 years as sales personnel in a hotel
  • Strong understanding of the corporate market in Bangkok and has a database in hand.
  • MICE experience in handling and closing groups
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to work creatively, and find effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
