Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Guest Relations Manager to join our team in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service quality in our luxury resort.
- Oversee daily operations related to guest satisfaction and service delivery
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Front Office Manager to uphold product and service quality standards
- Manage and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase customer loyalty
- Train, mentor, and supervise guest relations staff to ensure consistent service excellence
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, implementing improvements as necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints
- Manage VIP guest arrivals, stays, and departures, ensuring personalized attention and care
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
Qualifications
• College diploma in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
• Good Communication skills
• Experience with Front Office Systems
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
