Job Description

  • Drive brand and sales performance through core initiatives that grow eating occasion.
  • Develop channel exclusivity program to drive business growth in both Dine-in, delivery, take away, and catering channel.
  • Initiate commercial plan that relevant to consumers’ need and capture traffic to store for growing dine in channel consistently.
  • Own marketing activities timeline from start to end of promotion and activities.
  • Elevate overall consumers experience through food / service / or activity for dine in channel along the year.
  • Build consumers engagement to grow brand equity through special programs ex. Brand anniversary, etc.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end consumers journey for take away consumers to drive business growth consistently.
  • Build campaign forecasting and sales / financial impact that in line with business objective and guardrail.
  • Work with partner/ landlord to develop strong local store marketing program that build incremental sales to business.
  • Work closely with cross functional team and marketing team to design effective execution plan for execution at store level smoothly.
  • Work closely with Finance for marketing expense accrue, with own the return on investment for marketing expense.
  • Develop campaign tracking and provide analysis in responsible campaigns to understand business impact, consumers’ insight, and key learning.
  • Lead brand communication for both online and off-line to gain impact from customer.
  • Drive customer loyalty program to sustain sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related fields.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing or Operations.
  • Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills.
  • High agility capability.
  • Strong drive for results.
  • Strong innovative and people management.
  • Good connection and networking with the industrial bodies.
