We are seeking a friendly and attentive Pool Attendant to join our team at a luxurious resort in beautiful Koh Samui, Thailand. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and enjoyment of our guests at our pool facilities.

• Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and enforce pool rules
• Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including water testing and chemical balancing
• Clean and sanitize pool decks, furniture, and surrounding areas
• Assist guests with pool-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Set up and maintain pool equipment, such as loungers, umbrellas, and towels
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid when necessary
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
• Assist with special events or activities held in the pool area

• Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues if needed
• Knowledge of pool maintenance and water safety procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Basic English language proficiency for communicating with international guests
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in hospitality or pool maintenance preferred
• Ability to work in a tropical climate and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a resort environment
