We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join the team at Elysia Wellness Retreat on a casual basis, working two days per week, with availability on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our friendly and professional team, delivering exceptional services in the serene and luxurious setting of our renowned retreat.

Working with highly supportive and professional team your responsibilities include:

• Delivering beauty treatments with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
• Advising guests on tailored beauty and health regimens to enhance their well-being.
• Leveraging your expertise and knowledge to recommend and customise treatments to meet individual guest needs.
• Contributing innovative ideas to drive product sales, foster guest loyalty, and elevate the overall customer service experience.
• Demonstrating a willingness to continually learn and expand your skills in beauty, body, and massage treatments.
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment where guests can fully relax and enjoy their services.

Hourly Rates: 

Monday - Friday: $36.89 per hour 

Saturday: $46.63 per hour 

Sunday: $66.40 per hour

You will require the following Qualifications, skills and experience to be successful in this role:

• A Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential).
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort spa environment (advantageous).
• Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to adapt and personalise treatments to meet individual client needs.
• A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong desire to build a rewarding career within this stunning resort.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every client enjoys a memorable and professional experience.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends.
