Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic F&B Attendant to join our team in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and comfort in our food and beverage outlets
- Collaborate effectively with all departments to maintain smooth operations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities offered by the resort
- Continuously enhance professional skills to improve guest experiences
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment at all times
- Uphold guest privacy rights and maintain confidentiality
- Assist in the timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
- Strong communication skills; English fluency required
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
