Join our exciting team as a Water Sport Attendant in the beautiful Mai Khao, Thailand! We're looking for an energetic and safety-conscious individual to assist guests with various water sports activities while ensuring their safety and enjoyment.

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests participating in water sports activities
• Demonstrate and explain the proper use of water sports equipment to ensure guest safety
• Conduct regular equipment checks and perform basic maintenance tasks
• Monitor water conditions and weather forecasts to ensure safe operating conditions
• Enforce safety rules and regulations for all water activities
• Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for daily operations
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized beach area
• Promote additional resort services and activities to enhance guest experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Water safety certification (e.g., lifeguard certification) required
• Prior experience in water sports or related outdoor activities preferred
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various water sports equipment
• Basic first aid and CPR certification
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a tropical beach environment and withstand prolonged sun exposure
• Knowledge of various water sports activities and safety protocols
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (especially Thai) are a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
