Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Learning Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the learning and development initiatives for our organization, fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with the Leaders to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Prepare and monitor individual development plans for team members, ensuring their professional growth and skill enhancement
- Organize and conduct engaging training activities, utilizing various learning methodologies and technologies
- Support the Property Leadership Team with expert advice on improving team members' skills and capabilities
- Analyze training needs and create effective learning programs to address identified gaps
- Develop and maintain e-learning content using cutting-edge tools and technologies
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress and generate insightful reports
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training initiatives
- Contribute to the development of a strong organizational culture that prioritizes continuous learning and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in Training & Development, preferably in a similar role
- Strong communication, training, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated passion for leadership and ability to motivate others
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience in curriculum development and training needs analysis
- Ability to create and deliver engaging learning programs for diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of local business practices in the UAE
- Collaborative mindset with a customer-focused approach to learning and development
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant e-learning authoring tools
