Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and goal-oriented Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic team in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organization's objectives and enhance our brand presence.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across various channels
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content for digital and traditional platforms
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing communications.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
