Outlet Manager role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations of a specific outlet, ensuring profitable operations and achievement of business goals
- Accurately forecast business demands and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute effective marketing plans
- Maintain an up-to-date manning schedule to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Oversee regular preventative maintenance to keep the outlet in excellent condition
- Uphold and enforce outlet safety and sanitation standards
- Lead by example through a 'hands-on' approach to motivate team members to excel
- Manage team member performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programmes for supervisors and team members
- Deliver training in an effective manner to maximise guest satisfaction and team member development
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure consistent product and service standards
- Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships to optimise costs and maintain product quality
- Analyse financial reports and key performance indicators to drive business growth
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Participate in budgeting processes and manage outlet expenses within allocated budgets
- Organise and oversee special events or promotions to drive additional revenue
Qualifications
- College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
