About project:

Our client is the world's leading and largest producer and exporter of sunflower oil in Ukraine, a key supplier of agricultural products from the Black Sea region to world markets. Company exports its products to more than 80 countries.

Currently, we`re looking for an UI/UX Designer to join our team, who will help us working on design solutions and implementing leading technologies in design that will allow reaching our targets in leads generating and improve user experience with the marketing sites of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user stories and requirements
• Handle discussions with BA/Developers/Client to find better solution in business cases
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Designing graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets;
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables);
• Identifying and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness);
• Performing A/B tests;
• Keep developer layouts and elements palettes up-to-date
• Establish versionality for design

• 2+ years of experience in visual design, in web development
• Experience designing UX for web portals;
• Strong experience with Axure;
• Experience in developing mobile interfaces
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS layout
• Familiarity with Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch — depending on platform;
• Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely manner, with competing priorities and deadlines;
• Deep understanding of and high empathy for customers and their problems;
• Understanding the concept of material design, ability to create clean, visually consistent designs;
• Experience with ERP/Retail systems will be an advantage
• Experience with FE will be an advantage
