Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Performing administrative responsibilities for President and two Sr. Directors, including domestic and international travel arrangements for internal and external staff
- Managing calendars and scheduling variety of activities, including coordination with international visitors and external meetings
- Supporting our Medical Conference/Meeting participation through internal planning, registration, accomodation arrangements, exhibit/literature preparation delivery and warehousing
- Supporting the Corporate Compliance Committees, including the Grant Review Committee, through attending meetings, recordkeeping, tracking and filing
- Working with other administrative staff to ensure that all needs are taken care of, and assisting with coordinating cross-functional and company-wide meetings and events
Qualifications
5 plus administrative experience, with preference for background in healthcare company/environment
Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail.
