1.    Trimming, packing and finishing murals with a high attention to detail
2.    Quality control through visual inspection of murals
a.    Carefully inspect each mural for printing defects, substrate inconsistencies
3.    Shipping/receiving with UPS, FedEx and LTL carriers
a.    Interface with UPS online site for freight information
b.    Use of NetSuite to record, process and print shipping labels
4.    Running Caldera RIP software and printing murals at high quality and consistent manner
a.    Identify jobs requiring printing
b.    Process through rip and Color Hub
c.    Load and unload printers
d.    Operate all aspects of printer panel
e.    Ability to create customized printer/media profiles
f.    Problem solve printer issues
5.    Prioritizing work in a high output environment
6.    Communicating between different departments to ensure accuracy of the final product
7.    Ordering necessary supplies and receiving them accurately
8.    Complete and report accurate monthly inventory of supplies
9.    Record and report on daily production statistics using Google Analytics

1.    Ability to stand/walk/kneel/bend for 8 hours/day in a fast paced environment
2.    Must be able to lift 80 lbs. on a consistent basis
3.    Aptitude for computer technology (Excel, Printing Software, Internet/Tab navigation andTyping Proficiency) – will be required to complete a skills test
4.    Strong work ethic and positive attitude!
5.    Ability to work independently or in a team environment effectively
6.    Printing experience in wide format digital printing
7.    Must be able to distinguish colors discretely
8.    Strong attention to detail
9.    Ability to communicate effectively with all functional areas, especially sales and graphic design
10.    Experience with Caldera RIP, HP and Mimaki wide format printing technology a strong plus (experience with another RIP software tool would be acceptable)
