Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Client Team to join our organization in New York, United States. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of client service professionals, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and driving business growth.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of client service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and expand service offerings
  • Oversee client portfolios, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Analyze client data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize team performance
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for escalated issues
  • Drive innovation in client service delivery, implementing best practices and new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales, client solutions or agency experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of sales, media and brand marketing process
  • Strong knowledge of Power Point and building proposals
  • Proficiency in excel
  • Ability to solve problems and work proactively
  • Passion for the content and distribution business
  • Knowledge of the digital marketplace preferred

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
