NBCUniversal’s Commerce Partnership is dedicated to creating shoppable experiences across every platform where NBCU content is distributed. At the intersection of technology and creativity, NBCUniversal sparks commerce experiences at scale. Utilizing our first-to-market ad innovations, we bring brands closer to fans with our iconic IP, talent, and storytelling.
Our team within the Ad Sales division creates personalized commerce experiences for any sized brand. From our performance driven solutions to large scale activations, NBCUniversal anchors commerce solutions for our clients in IP that matters.
As Director of Commerce Partnerships, you will lead the team as we create and implement unique, first-to-market commerce experiences across NBCUniversal.
Qualifications
- 6+ years relevant work experience
- People Management experience required
- Strong PowerPoint a must; demonstrated excellence at developing and executing best in class presentations
- Strong communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders from pitch to activation to measurement to drive growth for commerce sponsorships.
- Lead commerce division as a commerce and content subject matter expert across NBCUniversal
- Oversee commerce pitches and work directly with clients to guide overarching commerce strategies within NBCU content experiences
- Streamline our research and reporting to maximize client retention and growth strategies
- Lead development and circulation of internal and external sales materials
- Supervise development and curation of all necessary assets for client facing materials
- Guide managers and specialist in determining guidelines for creative executions with new and existing ad products
- Support VP in developing and operationalizing new commerce innovations and packaging strategies

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 (plus sales incentive commission and long-term incentive eligible)
