The Position / Job Description
Peacock is seeking a passionate and collaborative Associate Producer who will provide creative production support to the Brand Creative Marketing team (Performance Media). This key position will excel in multi-tasking, tracking creative assets and deliverables, QC-ing versions, prioritizing project needs and troubleshooting creative challenges. They’ll participate in creative brainstorms and project discussions internally, contribute to creative development and be a key production contact for external creative partners. They’ll supervise and direct VO talent and audio mix sessions as needed. This role is a balance of right brain/left brain: creative thinking driven by a passion for testing and learning.
The Associate Producer will share their passion of TV, movies, live sports, drama, comedies and entertainment – whether they’re a Bravoholic or Dunder Mifflinite or obsessed with The Traitors, they wear their fandom as a badge of honor.
This role requires organization, project management, the ability to push projects forward independently and with a sense of ownership. The Associate Producer will concept, execute and deliver unexpected, breakthrough creative work that delivers on-brief and Peacock OKRs.
The Person
You are an enthusiastic and curious creative who is eager to learn from and support a team of brand creatives, writers, designers and project managers. You’re an excellent communicator who can clearly explain creative projects and present work with a strong POV. You understand creative project workflows and tools utilized from concept to production to post to delivery and willing to build on your technical skillset to support the team as needed.
The Associate Producer role will report to the Creative Director, Brand Creative Marketing (Performance Media).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting creative production/post-production workflows. Prior experience supporting brand creative production teams in a DTC business preferred.
- Familiarity with: digital video file formats; working with source video/material of varying quality and technical specs (frame rate, codecs, etc)
- Experience with Adobe Suite including Premiere; Microsoft Suite, Digital Delivery, frameIO, Sharepoint
- Exhibit talent for conceptual creative thinking and writing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale, 360° creative campaigns in television or entertainment, preferably in DTC or streaming organization
- Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to meet tight deadlines, in a fast-paced creative environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
