The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description
This role will support our Spanish team within the UPI Sales department ensuring a proper execution of Sales Operations and Trade initiatives working closely with the Marketing, Technical and Finance Departments.
Key Responsibilities
•To support in the maintenance of the relationships with Exhibitors
•To support in the execution of the Trade Initiatives
•To support in the Trade’s administrative tasks
•Supporting the Trade Manager & Sales Analyst.
•Tracking Trade campaigns
•Controlling and following-up shipments of trade materials to exhibitors
•Assisting in analytical tasks
•Assisting in the coordination of special promotions with exhibitors
•Administrative tasks:
•Billings, purchasing orders, SAP
Qualifications
•Proactive, communicative and a strong team player
•Creative and excellent organizational skills
•Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
•Open minded and willingness to work in a diverse environment
•willing to take on challenges
•Fluent in English
•A good understanding of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
•University Diploma or Certificate will be requested.
•Studies must have been completed less than 3 years ago
