Job Description

The Warehouse Manager supervises salary and hourly personnel in storing and shipping.  They are responsible for overseeing the handling, storing, loading of ware and intra-plant transporting.   

The Warehouse Manager will:

  • Assure the efficiency of storing and shipping throughout the plant
  • Monitor unit load program to ensure loads are being properly built
  • Check bays to determine if ware is being properly stacked and observes ware handling and loading procedure to minimize carton damage and glass damage
  • Conduct periodic inspections of all department equipment and systems, including carrier trailers

The Warehouse Manager should have:

  • Supervisory experience
  • Inventory management experience
  • Ability to lead and develop personnel, with safety and good housekeeping top of mind

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years experience in warehouse and inventory management 
  • Previous supervisory experience is required
  • Must have SAP experience
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience working in a union environment is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Salary Range:  The expected salary range for this position is between $66,900 - $83,600 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
