Job Description

This role involves the implementation of organisation-wide integrity strategies, programs, and systems, with a focus on managing associated risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the execution and continous improvement of integrity strategies within diverse environments, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing ethical practices and regulatory compliance at all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement group wide business integrity compliance framework, identify areas for continuous improvement and enhancement of strategies, programs, systems and processes
  • Serve as the primary contact of business integrity for the Senior Leadership Team and provide leadership for the group business integrity team
  • Prioritise multiple projects and responsibilities, efficiently and effectively deliver high performing programs, while maintaining positive collaborative relations with various senior stakeholders
  • Advise business leaders on ethics and compliance matters and support decision-making. Facilitating relationships with key stakeholders including the Senior Leadership Team and Board.
  • Function budget oversight and vendor management

Qualifications

  • Background in legal, risk, compliance, or investigations
  • Performance-driven with a strong focus on achieving outcomes
  • Demonstrated ethical mindset and ability to serve as a trusted integrity advisor to the business
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams (essential)
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively (essential)
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and managing sensitive situations
