Job Description
You will be part of our Talent Acquisition Team and will work on the creation and maintenance of Oteemo’s technical talent pipelines. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be working closely with our People Operations team and hiring team to identify business needs and identify top IT talent. You will primarily be responsible for hiring pipeline development and sourcing qualified candidates. You will be introducing and utilizing creative and unique sourcing and recruiting strategies to increase Oteemo’s career brand awareness and gain the interest of talented IT professionals within the Cloud, DevSecOps and Machine Learning and Data Engineering domains.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong hiring pipeline to align with the growth needs of the organization
- Source qualified technical professionals, conduct basic technical screens of candidates and direct qualified candidates to Sr. Recruiters for further evaluation
- Craft and send enticing recruiting emails and make recruiting phone calls
- Build relationships with candidate communities to maintain a network of potential candidates
- Coordinate with Sr. Recruiter and Hiring Managers to determine position requirements
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Sourcer or Technical Recruiter
- Basic knowledge and understanding of IT concepts (Cloud and DevOps knowledge a huge plus)
- Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including leveraging strategies that are uniquely your own
- Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter is a huge plus
