Job Description

Work in a fast-paced call center environment to receive inbound retention calls to existing customers who have trial memberships or have obtained and/or upgraded services on their credit monitoring account. The main responsibility of this role is customer retention. You might answer questions regarding billing, and how a particular product works, and what type of support is available. 
Functional Skills:
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest
degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Strive to resolve customer issues with one call resolution
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining
customer's business
• Handle business transactions in connection with activation of new customer
accounts
• Communicate with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates the
associated proficiency in typing and grammar
• Make financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjusts customer
accounts

Qualifications

Must meet all of the following criteria in order to be considered for this opportunity:
  • High School Graduate
  • Superior customer service and technical skills
  • 6 - 12 months strong customer service sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced problem solving competency
  • Ability to adapt to constant change
  • Capability of multi-tasking

Potential Service Revenue:

$9.00 - $13.00 Per Hour

Course Schedule:

Choose from Two Certification Sessions

OPTION 1

Date: Wednesday December 17, 2014

Certification Time: 9am - 5:30 PM

Lunch Break: 30 Minutes

OPTION 2

Date: Thursday December 18, 2014 

Certification Time: 12PM - 8:30PM

Lunch Break: 30 Minutes

Course Break Out:

Class is ONE day long for 8 Hours. Once you complete CERTIFICATION you will begin working the next day!

START DATE:  

December 18, 2014 or December 19, 2014  

(You must schedule min 20+ hours per week )

  • Windows 7or 8 or MAC
  • NO WIFI

  • Mozilla or Internet Explorer for training
  • 2Meg Download 1Meg Upload
  • USB or analog headset plugged into your computer for servicing
