Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Professional Services Sales to join Procore’s Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for scoping and defining tailored service solutions that meet client needs and drive customer success. Your primary goal is to ensure accurate, high-quality scoping processes that align with Procore’s delivery capabilities and customer expectations.

As a Senior Manager, Professional Services Sales, you’ll partner with sales teams, solution architects, and professional services teams to define and document service offerings. Use your leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills to optimize scoping efficiency and ensure alignment across teams. 

This role will report to the Senior Director, Professional Services Solutions and Operations, and can be based out of any of our US office locations or remotely in the US. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the Professional Services Pre-Sales team, ensuring efficient and accurate project scoping.
  • Position Procore's Professional Services offerings through value-based selling, tailoring recommendations to customer needs and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and professional services teams to assess client requirements and develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Oversee the creation and refinement of SOWs and amendments, ensuring alignment with Procore’s technology and customer needs.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Account Executives and other stakeholders to drive the salability of Procore’s service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure scoping accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of scoping activities.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk engagements, resolving issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in professional services sales, consulting, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of project scoping, pre-sales processes, and professional services delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all levels of management.
  • Experience scoping, drafting, and presenting service options and SOWs to clients virtually and in person.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with construction technology and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) is preferred.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $163,851 - $225,295 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $234,073 - $321,850. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
