• Agile Team Member - Work together on a cross functional agile team. Participate in daily stand up meetings and follow Agile development methodologies. Manage the storyboard for projects you're responsible for.
• Agile Software Tester (Manual test) - Manually test software/module that you're responsible for. Work on test case/test script of each task. Be able to act as the Tester roll in Agile process.
• Agile Software Tester (Functional test) - Write functional tests for the applications we write.
• Agile Software Tester (ATDD) - Contribute to improve the current test process using ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development)
• Participant of Agile/Tester Community - Participate in community events
• Mentor/Trainer - Help train and guide new hires and interns about technology, software testing and Agile process.

• Experience with developing effective test strategies.
• Experience with automated testing and tools such as Cucumber or Robot Framework.
• Experience in working with developers to develop a testing culture.
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging.
• Have a customer's perspective. Can address the "big picture" goals in everyday tasks.
• Experience in building testing frameworks, tools and automation within a large scale enterprise environment is a plus.
