    Job Description

    As a Website Project Manager, you will be managing new website builds from start to finish, acting as the middle-man and coordinator between clients and the production team.

    You'll need to communicate with and understand client requirements, work with the team to build & find solutions, and translate that into a great website! You'll also be responsible for time management, handling client issues, balancing team workload, and final quality control.

    You must take special pride in delighting and satisfying our clients. As their first main contact, you bear a deep responsibility to ensure that clients have an extraordinary experience that builds strong relationships with Pronto for their future to come!

    Main Duties:

    • Manage and coordinate website projects from start to finish
    • Communicate with clients via our support desk, and occasional off-hour phone calls based on client timezone (US, Europe, Australia, etc.)
    • Work with and allocate tasks to the production team to meet client requirements & goals
    • Maintain good client relationships, time management, team workload, and quality control for all projects in-hand
    • Continuously share ideas to help improve our teams, tools, and processes

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Thai Nationality Only
    • Minimum of bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • Strong English proficiency with excellent writing and communication skills
    • At least 1-year experience in customer service, project management, website development, or online marketing
    • Team player, able to work with a cross-cultural team
    • Customer-focused
    • Responsible with strong organizational skills
    • Detail and quality-oriented
    • Self-motivated fast learner with growth & improvement mindset
    • Present in Thailand for interview

    Bonus Points

    • Technical skills in HTML / CSS / JS / PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, Adobe XD, UX/UI design, SEO and basic networking
