Responsibilities

• Create campaigns that deliver new customers for our clients

• Deliver designs for all online channels and media (Facebook, Google, landing pages, and more).

• Produce campaign assets quickly, efficiently, and accurately without having to be micromanaged

• Manage design projects from brief, to design, to launch and optimization

• Presenting your ad ideas to the team and working through client feedback

• Occasionally attend client meetings to discuss clients goals and design preferences.

• Research and keep up with new trends and competitors.

• Adobe expert - you must be excellent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and any other Creative Cloud tools required to get the job done well.

• Professional, high-quality design skills – you must have a current portfolio of your graphic designs showing examples of your past projects. We are looking for examples of modern, creative, and clean designs.

• Strong attention to detail and quality – you must be an individual who pays attention to details and the quality of your work. Your work style must be organized and disciplined.

• Social media - experience with social media ad creation is preferred.

• Tools - other experience with design tools or advertising platforms is a big plus.

• English - able to communicate in written and spoken English.
