Job Description
You will learn:
- How to work with large datasets so you can possess the technical skills to effectively work with customer data for marketing purposes
- How to help administer our data in our CRM software
- Daily monitoring of the CRM system to maintain data integrity. Maintain a database of leads and deals in CRM system and work with the sales team to get the most accurate data. Also, perform data clean-up activities where needed
- How to help the team troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Analyze and summarize sales data and CRM user activity in order to enhance the marketing activity performance and sales campaign
- Develop ongoing reports detailing sales campaign effectiveness
- Propose and execute improvements to the existing CRM system
- How to manage document processes and other materials as needed
- You will get a chance to work on small project if you have really good ideas, you can purpose them too
Qualifications
- The internship duration is 6 months. The traineeship is normally a full-time position by working on Mon-Fri but part-time arrangements can be agreed upon depending on both the requirements of the department/program and the availability of the trainee.
- Thai citizen only
- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Business Program with Technical skills or Engineering Program preferred
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Marketing automation through CRM requires an understanding of the principles of email marketing. Your familiarity with email marketing platforms and also inbound marketing generally will be a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, but not required
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office products especially Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, etc.).
- Organized, analytical, methodical thinking

Current Students
Applicants must be a university student (junior and senior year) and provide university's documents if any.
Recent Graduates
Applicants have completed Bachelor’s Degree and want to improve their skills and acquire experience during the years following their graduation.
All applicants must meet the department standards and successfully pass an academic background approval by the University faculty. Also, the applicants will be interviewed by Pronto.

Duration & Working Times
