Pronto is looking for a candidate to join us as our new Senior Search & Advertising Specialist.
The position is a hybrid of client-facing and production workflow. You will be working directly with our clients via our email ticket system, managing their local listings and setting up on-site optimization from end to end on a daily basis.
Your duties will include:
• Analyze websites to define local keywords and industry keywords
• Carry out on-site optimization and technical SEO set-up
• Monitor and administer SEO analytics dashboards, reports and reporting tools
• Create and maintain local business listings on directories such as Google My Business and Bing Local
• Communicate with clients to explain SEO process and troubleshoot any potential issues they are facing
• Manage link building campaigns for clients including initial research and planning, launching campaigns, monitoring results, preparing monthly reports, answering client questions, and troubleshooting potential issues
• Manage Google Ads and Facebook ads campaigns for clients including initial research and planning, launching campaigns, monitoring results, preparing monthly reports, answering client questions, and troubleshooting potential issues with a clear focus on delivering a positive ROI
• Stay abreast of industry best practices in SEM and SEO, sharing trends and new opportunities with the team
Qualifications
Candidates must:
2+ years of online advertising experience - In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads is required in order to deliver positive results for clients. Google Search Advertising and Facebook Blueprint certifications are not required but are strongly preferred.
Be a team player - Ability to work in a team environment, especially in a cross-cultural team, is crucial. Your ability to earn respect and, at the same time, have good relationship with your team members is a critical success factor in getting things done.
Be detail-oriented - A keen eye for detail and quality is essential. You’ll have the final responsibility for quality control. It takes patience and persistence to get things right.
Be independent - Decision making and problem solving are a huge part of your daily tasks. You need to be independent and confident in making decisive decisions. Ability to lead, follow, and self-manage is highly valued.
Have strong English communication skills - A very strong English proficiency with excellent writing and communication skills is required.
Have knowledge/interest in SEO and Internet Marketing - Experiences with WordPress and various SEO tools like Google Analytics, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc. is required.
Position requirements:
• 2+ years experience required.
• Training will be provided in the first 3-6 months depending on readiness.
• Undergraduate degree required.
