Senior Building Surveyor – South Hampshire

A small boutique surveying practice in Hampshire have exclusively engaged us to help them recruit a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team and play a key role in the future growth and development of the business. They have been established for over 10 years and have built up a strong regional client-base with consistent repeat business. This opportunity will provide scope to become a future Director in the business.

Role & Responsibilities of Senior Building Surveyor:

  • Undertaking all areas of Building Surveying working on a range of assets including Residential, Commercial and Retail
  • Preparing and writing specifications
  • Contract administration
  • Preparing planned preventive maintenance programmes 
  • Tender, appoint and manage refurbishment and new build projects
  • Assist with business development

Skills & Experience of Senior Building Surveyor:

  • MRICS (desired but not essential).
  • Surveying related degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years surveying experience, preferably private sector
  • Ability to identify and promote business development

Salary & Benefits:
