Job Description

ProspectNow.com is looking for highly motivated sales people to sell online subscriptions of its Cloud Based Commercial Real Estate database. ProspectNow.com is growing at an explosive rate. This role is critical and you will have a significant amount of responsibility. You would be conducting outreach to commercial real estate brokers and agents. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to executives, identifying the needs of the customer, mapping out who the decision makers are, conducting demonstrations and presentations to the decision makers, and managing the process to a successful closing. Your organizational skills and ability to manage up to 30 sales cycles at the same time is critical.

Qualifications

  • Fearless on the phones, persistent, and good work ethic
  • Experience in a Quota Carrying Role
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Saas or Software sales
  • Positive 'No Quit' attitude
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, google apps, join.me/gotomeeting a plus
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate a plus

Additional Information

The key to your success will be your ability to make calls to large numbers of leads and conduct demonstrations of the product over the internet. 50 calls per day is a minimum requirement. You will be given access to the latest marketing tools and sales automation technology including Salesforce.com and Insidesales.com dialing technology. ProspectNow will train you on the most effective sales techniques as well as the commercial real estate industry knowledge.
