Job Description
The Business Operations team brings together business solutions and latest technology to help empower our leaders with data-driven insights that enable better decision making. Primarily responsible for design, development and governance of the business data, the team measures, manages, and connects business KPIs across verticals to build a single view of impact areas within the organization. They augment our leaders with insights, strategic vision and actionable plans to function effectively. Equipped with data and technology, the team is keen on bringing novel business solutions to life

What you will do
- Perform Cost and labor analysis on accounts based on time tracking data
- Coordinate with Account teams to do Billing, standardize account mgmt. processes and support custom reporting
- Interaction with senior level stakeholders, understanding their requirements and assist preparing reports accordingly.
- Maintain client contracts and SOWs. Track cost and revenue against the appropriate stream’s basis the contracts
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools to provide timely data and trend analysis to key stakeholders
- Own the project code management for accounts – this includes creation, tracking and closure of project codes based on project duration
- Other analytical activities relating to account financials like revenue traceability from contract to collections, margin analysis, sold v/s delivered analysis
- Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
- Design summary, detail and dashboard reports to present analysis and recommendations in a concise and readable format
Qualifications
- A MBA in Finance or Operations with 1-3 years of experience in Industry
- Experience in Account management, Client billing, invoicing
- Experience in business operations reporting and data analysis
- Skills in using following Microsoft/equivalent tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
- Experience in any of the business solutions software like SAP / Salesforce or any other reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau
