An experienced and strategic Client Lead with a focus on production, who's ready to jump into a fast paced, hi-growth environment and be accountable for growing some of our largest, most complex clients partnerships, ensuring best in class offering and with a focus on strong, collaborative and trusted partnerships.

Within the role you'll foster relationships with complex brands already utilising our product offering, and look to further develop and grow those relationships, working closely with our production experts & Leadership Team to ensure our offering remains solution focused, and with a best in class delivery and with unmatched client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, foster and own agency relationships – building confidence and trust and working alongside key decision makers
• Build awareness around the latest capabilities and talent across production offering for UK and globally
• Own financial targets / forecast and track alongside finance team
• Build and own the strategy for growth, insuring buy-in from our agency partners
• Support the continuous improvement of operational workflow and WoW
• Curate team of experts across product offering to ensure bespoke delivery for each requirement
• Manage and nurture a team of best in class production Account managers/production Project Managers
• Core experience and skills
• Previous experience in a Client Services Director level role or equivalent
• Strong understanding of production, end-to-end, and it’s complexities
• Able to collaborate with and manage multiple stakeholders across client portfolio and internal colleagues
• Able to manage financial conversations with Key decision makers
• Strong negotiation and commercially savvy
