Job Description

What you’ll do:  

Creative Directors engage with clients daily to discuss their needs, organize team brainstorming sessions, manage a budget, oversee creative decisions, and produce projects. Creative Directors will know how to lead and motivate their teams by ensuring that they have the resources to produce their best work.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Working as part of the creative team you’ll be responsible for the ideation and design of digital campaign work including all digital campaigns from social media to UI design.
  • Manage the delivery of the briefs/concepts through to final deliverables, ensuring all artworks are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Present ideas and creative to stakeholders for sign off.
  • Assist with the broader creative team’s workload where appropriate.
  • Ensure a consistent visual identity, look and feel across all deliverables in order to maximise the customer experience and brand identity.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding and ability to translate brands into digital executions and think ‘digital first’ when creating design experiences.
  • Manage the delivery of the approved concepts through to final deliverables, ensuring all artworks are delivered on time and to specification.

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • 5 years plus working experience as a Creative Director, leading a team of creatives.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Experience in UX and UI design software.
  • A good command of the English language (both written and verbal)
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • An eye-catching portfolio that demonstrates a blend of commercial, digital and print design.
