How You’ll Make an Impact:
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This role involves conducting thorough research on target accounts, establishing initial contact with decision-makers, and nurturing relationships to generate sales opportunities. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, the Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in expanding Epsilon's market presence and achieving sales objectives by effectively communicating Epsilon's value proposition and addressing customer needs.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations that address client pain points and help them achieve their goals.
- Secure new contracts by effectively negotiating and closing deals with clients.
- Become a trusted advisor to your clients, managing their accounts and ensuring they're satisfied with Epsilon's solutions.
- Develop your skills in consultative selling, strategic planning, and data analysis.
Who You Are:
- A passionate and results-oriented individual with a hunger for success and a knack for building rapport.
- A natural communicator who can overcome objections and effectively convey the value Epsilon brings.
- A resourceful problem-solver with a keen understanding of marketing and sales processes, with 2-3 years of experience (agency, sales, B2C, Client Service, etc.).
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, embraces a growth mindset, and has a proven ability to collaborate across departments.
- A tech-savvy professional comfortable with industry-standard sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
