Job Description

Publicis Sapient is looking for an exceptional Endur ETRM - Associate Director of Product Management, to join our team and lead a significant greenfield implementation of the Endur ETRM system for gas, power & renewables trading.

Your Impact

  • Lead the greenfield implementation of Endur ETRM for gas trading, with a subsequent expansion into power trading.
  • Take ownership and provide solution authority for the entire end-to-end program, guiding Functional, Technical, and Data tracks.
  • Contribute to the planning phase and ensure the successful execution of a complex Endur ETRM greenfield implementation.
  • Develop an architecture and solution for client’s ETRM requirements and to import data from geographically distributed systems for multiple commodities.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Endur to interface with client business stakeholders, providing technology and data leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with global strategic initiatives while integrating with enterprise-wide programs.
  • Perform the role of the Design Authority and represent the project within the organization and with clients.
  • Interact with client’s enterprise architecture group to align the project with their mandates.
  • Manage the relationship with a local Endur services vendor as part of the delivery team.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years engineering experience, of which at least 8+ years’ experience in Endur, with at least one greenfield implementation.
  • Proven ability to interface effectively with client business stakeholders in the Energy and Commodity Trading sector.
  • Expertise in data architecture and data integration, particularly in the context of geographically distributed ETRM systems for various commodities.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills to guide a large, complex Endur ETRM greenfield implementation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with global strategic programs and the enterprise architecture group.
  • Prior experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with globally distributed teams across NA, EU, India and APAC

Pay Range: $140,000 - $210,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
