Job Description

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift includes products around Addressable TV, and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.

PMX Lift is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and launch campaigns, the PMX Lift team is adding to our measurement department.

We are looking for an accomplished Supervisor of Measurement and Analytics, to join the growing team and help guide all aspects of implementing PMX Lift campaigns, with a focus & expertise on local campaigns.

On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, you will have the chance to work across a variety of client brands/markets and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.

You will be a working knowledge of media measurement and understanding of local versus national campaigns.

Your Impact:

  • Reports to VP Measurement & Analytics, PMX Lift
  • Engagement with important teams to assist with Local Campaign reporting
  • Working knowledge of advanced TV and its outputs
  • Working knowledge of advanced attribution measurement such as attitudinal studies, foot traffic, and transactional across ATV and CTV environments
  • Collaboration with internal & external teams in collecting and reporting post campaign measurement data
  • Participation in campaign measurement planning and feasibility analysis
  • Participation in measurement projects and evolution of products

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4 years of experience within an agency or media
  • Background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, or OTT
  • Experience preferred with Advanced TV platforms (examples including: Ampersand, Dish, Warner/Xandr, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Vizio, Samsung, and Roku)
  • Understanding of Traditional and digital media data
  • Mine data for applicable insights

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
