Job Description: Company located in Englewood, Colorado has an immediate need for a QNXT Configuration Analyst for a contract position. Configuration Analyst Providing support on client and/or internal projects such as product implementation, support, staff augmentation and assisting in the development of configuration solutions for core product systems. Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing system configuration analysis, coding, unit testing on simple to medium complexity customer specific solutions during client product implementation. • Identifying gaps between external expectations and system limitations and suggesting configuration improvements or streamlined maintenance processes and techniques. • Analyzing simple to medium complexity customer business requirements and software/product objectives; performing configuration and unit tests. • Estimating time frames required to successfully complete activities. • Providing periodic status checks on all project activities to clients and internal teams, in order to assess progress against project plans. Providing regular and concise status reports to clients and direct manager. • Resolving escalated issues in the appropriate manner and appropriate timeframe, to meet client specific SLAs. 

Required Skills:

1) QNXT Claims System.

2) Experience in health plan specific systems configuration.

Desired Skills:

1) Experience with query building using Rapid SQL, MS ACCESS and/or other technical analysis tools.?
